Description

Juicy ripe raspberries are the start of the gorgeous tart, made with pistachio dacquoise and pistachio whipped ganache, topped with beautiful fresh red raspberries each filled with our homemade raspberry jam, all framed in a vanilla sablé tart shell.

Approx 8″, serves 6-8 guests.
