Forbes Magazine takes a look back at 2013, describing it as “another drary year of economic sluggishness, international uncertainty and polarizing political bickering,” but says THANKFULLY – 2013 was a year of “epicurean excellence in the Big Apple”. The editors shine a light on the city’s finest eateries.
