NYC! Our new bakery, @papadamournyc, is coming April 2025. A brand new concept for us, inspired by all the fluffy breads, steamed buns, and shokupans of Asian bread culture, and a tribute to my kids’ Taiwanese and French cultural heritage. (It’s also the nickname they call me…usually when they want something, but every time I hear them say it, I melt 🥰). I’ll be sharing updates over the next few months as it all starts to come together, from construction to recipe testing and more. See you all at 64 University Place this spring. 🥐🍞❤️
