Our Fraises des Bois Pavlova is back for one weekend only at @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron. These tiny rare wild woodland strawberries from Malaga, Spain are only in season for a few short weeks each year, and taste almost like little bursts of fragrant strawberry candy. We’ve piled them atop a light-as-air vanilla meringue, topped with vanilla bean pastry cream, homemade strawberry jam, mascarpone Chantilly, and a flurry of confectioners sugar to finish. Serves 3-4.
